An office building on the main connector leading to Park circus. Apart from the road and the flyover in front, the site was surrounded by low-rise organic development comprising of commercial and industrial activities.
PLANNINGThe full height atrium space houses the lift lobby and the main staircase. The double skin facade comprises of a glass curtain wall and a perforated aluminium screen which assist in reducing heat gain and glare into the office space as well as provides filtered views to the outside.
